Name: Zombie Punch
Ingredients: 1¼ ounces Appleton Signature Blend rum; 1¼ ounces Ron del Barrilito 3-Star rum; ¾ ounce Hamilton Demerara 151 Overproof rum; ½ ounce Donn’s Mix No. 1; ¾ ounce fresh lime juice; ½ ounce Tailor Velvet Falernum; 1 teaspoon House Grenadine; 2 dashes Pernod Absinthe; Garnish: Mint sprig, 1 cherry, 1 orange slice, 1 parasol, and 1 pineapple wedge

Ingredients

1¼ ounces
1¼ ounces Ron del Barrilito 3-Star
¾ ounce Hamilton Demerara 151 Overproof
½ ounce Donn’s Mix No. 1
¾ ounce fresh juice
½ ounce Tailor Velvet Falernum
1 teaspoon House
2 dashes
Garnish: sprig, 1 cherry, 1 slice, 1 parasol, and 1 wedge

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a Zombie-size tiki mug filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the mint sprig, cherry, orange slice, parasol, and pineapple wedge.
