- 2 ounces
- ¾ ounce
- ¼ ounce Bigallet China-China Amer
- 1 teaspoon Maraska
- Garnish: 1 brandied cherry
Method
Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with the cherry.
History
One of a wave of borough-named cocktails that appeared alongside the Manhattan and the Bronx in the early 1900s, built on the same rye-and-vermouth skeleton but distinguished by maraschino liqueur and Amer Picon.
