Ingredients: 1½ ounces Lustau Los Arcos amontillado sherry; ¾ ounce Dolin blanc vermouth; ¾ ounce Dolin dry vermouth; 2 dashes House Orange Bitters; Garnish: 1 lemon twist

Garnish: 1 twist

Method

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Express the lemon twist over the drink, then place it into the drink.
